The Canadian Pet Expo is an absolute pet friendly family event. Whether your family member is a furry, feathery, or scaly friend, we can’t wait to meet them! We understand that not all pets are socialized in a large community setting, so please be your pets’ best advocate and make sure they are comfortable attending.
We've got your family pet covered!
The CPE offers two dog rest stations onsite, and same day re-entry with a stamp. We also understand that bathroom accidents happen but don’t worry, your VIP bag will have a poop bag to scoop up those accidents and we also have a specialized team on-hand to assist clean-up!
BRINGING YOUR PET TO THE EXPO?
Please download, review, complete, and print the pet waiver prior to the event. We will have copies on site as well.
All pets must be on a 48” non-retractable lead and no greater. Kindly review all the requirements on the waiver.
May we suggest a stroller or carrier for small pets so they can enjoy the Expo as well?

FELINE FEST CPE CAT CLUB & TICA CAT SHOW
Step into the world of champion cats at the TICA Cat Show, presented by CPE and the CPE CAT Club! From pedigrees to beloved household pets, watch them compete for awards while you explore a marketplace made for cat lovers.
CPE SPEEDWAY LURE COURSE
Let your pup chase the thrill at the CPE Speedway Lure Course! Watch dogs sprint full speed as they race after the lure; it's fast, fun, and a total crowd favourite.
TRU NORTH GROOMING
A fully sanctioned TruNorth Grooming Show staged in collaboration with the Ottawa Pet Expo — the East-Coast's largest consumer pet event. Professional groomers and apprentices compete across full sanctioned rings for cash prize money, ribbons and points that count toward national standings, while a packed two-day seminar programme delivers continuing education from internationally recognized judges and educators. Held alongside the Pet Expo show floor, competitors and seminar attendees also enjoy access to a massive trade-show with leading product brands, demos and thousands of pet-loving spectators cheering on the rings.
SMALL WONDERS BIRD & SMALL ANIMALS

Ticket holders will be given priority admission at the time of entry. Please arrive with your printed ticket and if you are coming with a family pet, please have your hard copy of the completed pet waiver accompanying your arrival.
