A few friendly ground rules for visiting the show.
Admission & tickets
Tickets are valid for the date and session purchased and are non-refundable, though transfers are available on request up to 48 hours before your session. Advance pricing and online rates are listed on the Tickets page.
Pets on site
Well-behaved, vaccinated dogs on a short non-retractable leash are welcome. By entering the venue you agree to keep your pet under control at all times and to be responsible for their behaviour. See Bringing Your Pet for full requirements.
Photography & filming
By attending you consent to appear in photographs and video used to promote the Christmas Canadian Pet Expo. Santa Paws photos are captured with your permission at the time of the session.
Liability
The Christmas Canadian Pet Expo is not responsible for loss, damage or injury to persons or property at the venue. Visitors attend at their own risk.
Code of conduct
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone behaving disruptively, or any animal in distress, without a refund.
