Twelve rings, judges from around the world and the finest felines in Canada — all competing under the Christmas lights for the coveted Best in Show title. The CPE Cat Club brings world-class TICA competition to the heart of the Christmas Canadian Pet Expo.
For the health and safety of the show cats, personal pets are not permitted within the CPE Cat Show area. Thank you for helping keep the competitors calm and comfortable.

All weekend long, twelve rings run side by side — each one a new judge, a new line-up and a new chance at rosettes. There's always a stunning cat on the table to watch.

The Best in Breeds
From Maine Coons to Bengals, Persians to Sphynx — top champions from across Canada and beyond gather under one roof to compete in their breed classes.
Best in Show Finals
It all builds to the finals, where each judge selects their top cats from every class and the coveted Best in Show title is awarded. Bring your camera — it's pure holiday magic.
The Road to Best in Show
Every ring tells a story. Cats are judged against their breed standard through the day — kittens, adults, alters and household pets each in their own classes. Then come the finals: each judge calls back their top cats, the ribbons fly, and one exceptional feline earns the Best in Show title. It's edge-of-your-seat excitement, even if you've never seen a cat show before.

How to Enjoy the Show
A few friendly notes so every visitor — and every cat — has a wonderful weekend.
- Rings run continuously both days — drop in anytime and watch as long as you like.
- Please don't touch the cats without the handler's invitation, and never open a cage or carrier.
- No flash photography near the judging tables; it can startle the cats mid-pose.
- Breeders and exhibitors are happy to chat between classes — ask them anything about their breed.
- Kittens, household pets and championship cats all compete in their own classes — there's a favourite for everyone.
- Watching is included with your Christmas Canadian Pet Expo admission.
- For the health and safety of the show cats, personal pets are not permitted inside the CPE Cat Show area.
